The agenda

Each session takes 4 hours in total. Depending on time zones, you can adjust it to fit your needs. We recommend one session per day to leave enough time and space for other work and mental recovery.

The classic Design Sprint process is well known for quickly aligning stakeholders, designers and developers on specific goals in order to build a prototype really fast. This prototype is tested with real users so most problems can be solved before implementation. This allows you to confidently ship the product within a few weeks rather than months.

Since the release of the book "Design Sprint" in 2016, I have worked with many teams on the iteration of the process by applying it to product design on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. In 2017 we (at AJ&Smart) published a shorter, faster and more predictable version as the "Design Sprint 2.0". But it turned out to be very intense and not remote-friendly.

I have therefore re-worked the Design Sprint 2.0 so it can bring together participants in a completely remote environment, which also made it even faster, while being a lot less stressful and more enjoyable. I call it the “Hypersprint”.
